Hi, my name is Brin Ho Ching. I am the owner, baker, and recipe creator. I have had a love for baking/cooking ever since I could stand on a chair and make pancakes. Giving food is my way to show love and express gratitude. A simple way to say thank you, I made this with love.
I am married to my best friend with a growing family. We have three children keeping us on our toes, in the best way possible.
Being active and fueling my body is very important to me. I am mindful of what ingredients go into my body, making sure I can perform athletically at my highest level. Making sure the ingredients can be pronounced and are simple is my main goal in creating recipes.
The Sourdoughry started out of fear. I have always been afraid of dough and was tired of having something hold me back. With trial and error I figured out how to create a loaf we loved and couldn’t wait to share. The name came from my want for a bakery and love for sourdough. Combining the two to make my dreams come true. The menu won’t start and end at a loaf of bread. Expansion and creation are in the works and I cannot wait to share my ideas and products with you all.
